A tried and proven process

Our coaching process focuses on identifying where change is needed, the behaviors that are impacted and incremental changes that are required. There is a particular emphasis on involving stakeholders throughout the process.

A brief discussion with the coachee or sponsor to ascertain the overriding objective of the coaching engagement.

Chemistry sessions between the coachee and prospective coaches are held to determine the best fit.

A contract outlining the role and responsibilities of the coach and coachee is signed and the coaching begins.

Situational Assessment

Structured behavioural interviews, 360 degree surveys and psychometric assessments are employed to assess the current situation.
