The Emerging Leader

Build a solid foundation and increase your effectiveness and impact as a leader

The transition from an individual contributor to a manager is one of the most significant challenges leaders will face in their careers. It is not a step up the corporate ladder; it is a different ladder that requires an entirely different mindset. Welcome to The Emerging Leader!

The Learning Units

How should a leader show up and make you feel? How do I make the most out of this learning opportunity? How do I access all the online pre-learning? How do I connect with my learning peers? How do I get my manager to support me on the journey? Who should I invite to be a rater for my 360 degree survey? These are some of the questions that will be answered at Kickstart.
