A post-workhop activity designed to reinforce learning transfer and retention through application and reflection.

OPTIONAL LEARNING LABS
Learning labs are 2-hour small group sessions where learners get to practice and hone their newly acquired skills.

Graduation Requirements & Certificate
To successfully graduate and become a Northpoint Certified Leader, learners will need to:
Attend 4 workshops
Attend 2 virtual coaching sessions
Attend 2 virtual coaching labs
Complete 4 action plans
Pass 4 knowledge assessments
Pass a final development centre with a score of 70% or more
A certificate and digital badge will be awarded upon successfully completing the above requirements.

John Nielsen
John is an ICF Master Certified Coach and seasoned leadership facilitator. He is a Senior Learning Partner at Northpoint and has a rare blend of deep business and leadership development experience.
John has been coaching and training leaders for over 5-years and backs it up with more than 25-years experience in the IT industry where he served as the Global Head of Customer Support at Microsoft, leading a team of 2,500 professionals across 25 locations worldwide.

Jim Livingstone
Jim is an ICF Master Certified Coach, Certified Team Coach, and the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of Northpoint. His work centres on helping organisations identify talent, accelerate development, and enable internal mobility.
With more than 20 years experience in the media industry and over 15 years designing and delivering leadership development initiatives, Jim combines deep organisational insight with a human developmental approach. He is passionate about unlocking potential; helping leaders see beyond performance to discover, grow, and move the talent already within.
