What is performance? What's the difference between managing and measuring performance? How do we break the bad news? How should we conduct a performance conversation? 

These are the key questions that learners will uncover in Effective Performance Conversations. 

 

Course Overview 

Pre-Workshop Learning: Learners are asked to familiarise themselves with two performance conversation scenarios.

Workshop: A highly experiential 3-hour session filled with demonstration and practice

Time: 10:00 - 12:30pm
Effective Performance Conversations aims to equip learners with the knowledge and insight needed to manage performance and engage in constructive performance conversations.

- Watch a live demonstrations on ‘how to’ and ‘how not to’ conduct a performance review

- Learn how to apply a coaching approach to performance reviews

- Learn how to provide feedback with an emphasis on developments

- Get some valuable practice and instant feedback from the facilitators
